The Roscommon Chocolate Company was started in 2010 by Karen Gordon who specialised in handmade chocolate truffles. Upon retiring in 2017, Karen sold the company along with some of her recipes to local Castlerea business Benny's Deli. The owner Benny has been perfecting the art of chocolate tempering and ganache making ever since. The chocolates are now made and sold from Benny's Deli in Castlerea.
